To achieve this, we are currently seeking a Web3 Product Designer who shares our passion for efficiency and aesthetics. He/She will lead the development of an effective design system, ensuring that our platform revolutionizes user interactions with blockchain technologies. Our goal is to cater to the growing demand for multi-chain functionality, laying the groundwork for a future where decentralized finance is not just accessible but also a delight to interact with.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Routescan is seeking a Product Designer to craft captivating and user friendly interfaces for our product.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive and captivating design system to maintain consistency and streamline the design and development process of our platform.
• Establishing design standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure our products are consistent and scalable across different platforms and devices.
• Staying on top of UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design, and incorporating these insights into Routescan’s design practices.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

• Fluent in English or Italian.
• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS product design, with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Exceptional design skills, with an emphasis on creating user-centered solutions that combine functionality with aesthetics.
• A solid grasp of design principles, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Independent and proactive, capable of moving projects forward with little direction and thriving amidst ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Web3, blockchain, or DeFi product design is highly desirable, demonstrated by a portfolio of relevant projects.
