To help us raise the bar, we're looking for a Senior UX/UI & Blockchain Product Manager who can bring strategic vision, refined UX/UI expertise, and a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem to the table.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with complex blockchain data across chains—leading the charge in building a cohesive, scalable design system and product vision that seamlessly blends usability with technical sophistication.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Senior UX/UI & Blockchain Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for both the strategic and hands-on design leadership across the product.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and own the user experience strategy, aligning product goals with the needs of advanced Web3 users and crypto newcomers alike.
• Develop and manage a robust design system that supports scalability and visual coherence across all Routescan features and interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to deliver user-centric solutions that simplify complex blockchain data.
• Drive user research efforts to continuously validate assumptions and iterate on UX flows.
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and Web3 product design patterns to ensure Routescan remains an innovator in the space.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• Fluent in English.
• 10+ years of experience in product design/management, including SaaS and data-rich applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing or managing Web3, blockchain, or DeFi products.
• Deep understanding of Web3 user behavior, wallets, transactions, and DeFi UX challenges.
