At Routescan, we’re building the backbone of multi-chain data exploration—fast, reliable, and scalable. But performance at scale doesn’t happen by accident. It requires world-class infrastructure, airtight deployment pipelines, and a DevOps mindset deeply rooted in automation and resilience.

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives in high-uptime, high-security environments and brings deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring. Bonus points if you’ve danced with blockchain nodes, RPC endpoints, or decentralized infra.

You’ll join us as a trusted partner in ensuring Routescan remains performant, reliable, and deployable across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll take ownership of Routescan’s DevOps lifecycle and infra architecture, with responsibilities including:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployments.
• Build and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
• Optimize container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor and improve performance, uptime, and fault tolerance of both backend services and blockchain node infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks for deployment, scaling, backups, and recovery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth and secure integration of new features.
• Define infrastructure-as-code (IaC) best practices using tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Contribute to the security posture of the platform through proactive threat detection and access control strategies.
