WHAT YOU WILL DO
Routescan is seeking a Junior QA to assist in ensuring our blockchain explorer is reliable, user-friendly, and bug-free.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for our blockchain explorer.
- Supporting the identification, documentation, and tracking of bugs and issues, collaborating with senior team members to address them throughout their lifecycle.
- Participating in both manual and automated testing under the guidance of more experienced QA engineers, helping validate the performance and reliability of the platform.
- Learning and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA and blockchain technology to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT
- Fluent in English.
- Hard requirement: having been in the crypto sector for at least 3 years, and being a power user of explorers, wallets, and dapps.
- Being meticulous. High attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
- Some knowledge of QA tools and methodologies, including test case management and bug tracking systems (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
- Basic understanding of manual and automated testing techniques (willingness to learn more advanced techniques on the job).
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, capable of moving projects forward with little direction and thriving amidst ambiguity.
- Good communication skills, able to clearly document and share findings with team members.
